• What are the hours of your operation?
Avenia’s normal operating hours are from 8 AM till 5 PM EST. Avenia also provides on-call services twenty-four hours a day.
• What are the documentation requirements assigned to our providers?
Avenia’s clinicians use the Electronic Medical Record system of its clients. NPs and physicians are trained on the most commonly used EMR systems and use these systems as the primary method of recording patient data. Clinicians also record the number of visits that they see per hour in a log.
• Do we assist with medication management in the ED?
Yes, Avenia will provide medication management for your Emergency Room.
